Welcome to JusAid (jusaid.com). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jusaid.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

JusAid is a technology platform providing legal information, automated document templates, marketplace access to independent advocates, and access to legal tools. The use of our website, including the generation of documents or communication via our contact channels, does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is established only upon the formal signing of a separate, written Retainer Agreement with a licensed advocate or law firm.

3. Services and User Responsibility

Automated Tools: Our AI-generated templates and legal documents are provided for informational and drafting purposes. They do not constitute professional legal advice.

Verification: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any document generated is reviewed for accuracy and compliance with their specific local jurisdiction.

Prohibited Use: Users may not engage in data scraping, reverse engineering, or the unauthorized resale of JusAid’s proprietary legal templates.

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Digital Products: All sales of digital templates and SaaS features are final and non-refundable upon access/download.

Consultation Services: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled session are 100% refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours or "no-shows" are non-refundable.

Custom Legal Drafting: Refunds for custom work are at the sole discretion of JusAid based on the progress of the work. If work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

Disputes: Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

JusAid, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to JusAid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

6. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance

We respect your privacy. All user data is processed in accordance with international data protection standards, including GDPR. By using jusaid.com, you consent to our collection and secure storage of your data necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logo, and legal templates on jusaid.com are the exclusive property of JusAid and are protected by international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in English.

Class Action Waiver: Users agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against JusAid.

9. Modifications

JusAid reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
